Terms of Service

Last updated July 28, 2026

1. What Zynost Pay Is

Zynost Pay ("the Service") is a developer API and dashboard that helps you generate crypto payment addresses and detect on-chain USDT/USDC payments. It is a separate product from Zynost's trading/analysis application, operated by the same company but governed by these Terms, not Zynost's own Terms of Service.

2. Non-Custodial — We Never Hold Your Funds

Every payment address the Service generates is derived from an extended public key ("xpub") that you provide and control. We can generate addresses from it, but we never have — and never ask for — the private key or seed phrase behind it. This means:

  • Customer payments go directly to an address only you control.
  • We have no technical ability to move, freeze, or withhold your funds.
  • There is no "withdrawal" feature because there is nothing on our side to withdraw.
  • You are solely responsible for the security of the wallet that xpub belongs to. If you lose access to that wallet, we cannot help you recover funds — we never had them.

3. Accounts

Zynost Pay uses the same login as the main Zynost application — one account, both products. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your account and API key.

4. Plans & Billing

The Free plan includes a monthly checkout allowance described on our pricing page. The Pro plan removes that limit and is billed monthly through your Zynost account's existing crypto checkout — the same payment flow used for Zynost's own subscriptions. Plans do not auto-renew (crypto payments cannot be automatically charged); your plan simply reverts to Free at the end of the paid period unless you renew.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Don't use the Service for illegal transactions, fraud, or money laundering.
  • Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Don't misrepresent the Service as being custodial, insured, or a licensed money transmitter.

6. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." On-chain payment detection depends on public blockchain infrastructure and public RPC nodes outside our control; we do our best to detect payments promptly but cannot guarantee zero delay or downtime. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including funds sent to the wrong address, an expired invoice, or blockchain network issues beyond our control.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate API access for violating these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
